Bento#May10~Mother's Day Plum Flower Makisushi

This bento box is for Mother's Day theme bento. I made Plum Flower Makisushi for my lunch ^_^ I arranged all four makisushi to my new doll bento box that my dearest sister helped me bought from Osaka, Japan. Love it!
The orange rice made from mashed orange sweet potato mixed rice and rolled with nori. Made five rolled. The purple rice was mashed purple potato mixed rice and rolled with nori. Combined all of them into flower and pressed together. Next, add white rice to one piece of rectangle shape nori and add the ready flower sushi on top then rolled into makisushi.
To cut the leave cucumber, I learn from youtube that shared by Rie's Bento Cooking Facebook page. Here is the link if you like to try out : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqJhn-4b3Hc& feature=youtu.be I add tamagoyaki, kiwi fruits, grapes, strawberry, kamaboko, cucumber as leave and cherry tomato as rose.
I hope you will like this Mother's Day Plum Flower Makisushi theme bento. Wish all wonderful mummies good health and have a great time with your loved ones! Cheers!
Here is my daughter's porridge that I cooked some minced sweet pork transform into Rilakkuma Kyaraben with a loving heart to cheer her up and get well soon.
