So buzz....here comes the Honey Bee bento to cheer you up! Haha...
I just followed Hippomum's honey bee idea and add extra eyelashes and inner white eyeballs ^_^ The rest of the side dishes just my usual simple cooking. Below is my ingredients for this lunch bento ^_^

Ingredients:
Honey Bee head : Rice, nori, crab stick (red)
Honey Bee body : Tamagoyaki, nori
Honey Bee wings: Crab stick (white), nori
Small bee : Quail egg soak with turmeric powder & water
Others: Stir-fried broccoli, sweet peas, carrots, button mushroom and airfry fish nuggets.

To only freehand scissor cut out nori only the body stripes, wings and bee head. For face nori details were punch out by puncher. The yellow egg sheet hand also cut out using cutter. Bento#Sept07~Pizza Weekend

Happy Weekend everyone!!! Today's lunch kids request "Pizza" for their lunch so usually I'll order online delivery from Domino Pizza but wait!!!! I have the "MOOD" to make homebake pizza at home ^_^ Haha....So I looked through "Hippomum" new release book again to make pizza pastry. Kids prefer oven baked so I put the pizza into the oven instead of follow "Hippomum" book using non-stick pan. Anyway, I did followed the tutorial and "Hippomum" book did gave instruction for the oven baked! Nice! Too bad, I forgot to take the picture for the oven baked :( Was busy cooking other dishes! Don't think the pizza enough for my whole family :D
Kids add their favourite ingredients so I don't exactly follow from the recipe book for the pizza topping.
I'm sure some of my readers already tried out and enjoyed "Hippomum" new released recipe book! Thank you so much for visiting my blog and wish you all have great weekend! Cheers!

「6種常備食材X媽媽愛的佳餚!」 Hippomum's recipe~Banana Bread pg.130

                               「6種常備食材X媽媽愛的佳餚!」第130-131页香蕉核桃面包

Today I'm going to share my 2nd tried out from Hippomum's new recipe book. My mum gave me some ripened banana so instead of making the same old recipe I thought of Hippomum's new recipe book pg. 130-131 since all the ingredients I have except one but it turns out really yummy!
Frankly speaking I'm not good on baking but Hippomum's recipe looks simple and easy to learn ^_^ So when you've over ripened banana don't forgot you still can bake banana bread instead of banana cake!

I add more banana as I don't want to waste it so for Hippomum's Banana Bread can just used spatula to mixed even you don't have electric mixer at home ^_^ Sound great right? I like it because less washing baking tools :p Haha!
Time to bake and my dry kitchen smell wonderful when almost done!!! Even my two kids can't wait for me to slice :)

Ta-da....yummy delicious Banana Bread recipe by Hippomum. Many more awesome recipe to try out so go grab one copy or click the below picture for online purchase :)

「6種常備食材X媽媽愛的佳餚!」Hippomum's recipe~Spanish Tortilla (pg.20) with My Melody

『6種常備食材x媽媽愛的佳餚』 Spanish Tortilla西班牙烘蛋 Pg.20
Finally I have the time to try out Hippomum's new recipe book ^_^ I've bought through online website as I can't wait for our local bookstore also afraid out of stocks.....so pay extra to get her new released 2nd recipes book!! And surprisingly the book arrived after 2 weeks of online ordered ^_^ So why took me so long to try out? Well.....I like to show you the steps by steps of what I've done by following Hippomum's recipe. To do this need "TIME" to taking pictures etc.....
Before I start to continue writing....let me showed you Hippomum's new book!! If you can understand Chinese, I highly recommend to have a copy at home :) Simple ingredients and easy steps to learn!
Okay! Today as usual I'm cooking dinner for my family so I looked through the pages and decided to try out the "Spanish Tortilla西班牙烘蛋" I didn't follow all the ingredients from the book but quite similar and I add extra such as taiwanese sausage, broccoli, yellow cherry tomato for it :p Looks yummy right? Just nice to accompany with a bowl of rice! Hehe..... so let me show you the simple steps below......
Stir-fried all the ingredients! Well, I don't have the capsicum so I replaced broccoli and carrots :)
Beat the eggs and pour the 1st picture ingredients into the bowl and mixed well :)
Next, pour to the bakeware and add cherry tomato on top plus cheese powder.
Baked for 20-25 minutes at 200°C or till golden brown. Is best to check them as different oven will be different function.
Ta-da.....after cut into cube!! Well, I didn't check the oven and let it baked....so the cheese top part slightly darker brown :( I was cooking other dishes so miss out checking them....*sigh* The picture above I arranged the darker part bottom :p
To match with Hippomum's Spanish Tortilla, I made a simple My Melody kyaraben ^_^
A closer look of the My Melody Kyaraben! Before making the kyaraben, I add rice into the cup and arranged the vegies, carrots, straw mushrooms and lastly rice again. Fried pork chop with breadcrumbs arranged on top of the rice and lastly add the My Melody using rice mold to mold it. Add cucumber leaves next to it for better results!
Well, I hope you will enjoy reading it and like My Melody kyaraben as well as Hippomum's recipes ^_^ Don't forget to check out her wonderful page from Facebook or her blogs! Click this LINK for the 「6 種常備食材╳媽媽愛的佳餚!」
