Elsa Frozen Food Art

Today blog post I'm going to post my last night dinner food art for my daughter ^_^ I won't be posting or making bento for next week since is their school break. So I thought of making food art instead :) Yesterday I made Olaf bento lunch and dinner time, I surprised her the leading character for Frozen.....who else?? Elsa!! The most tough part was Elsa's hairstyle =_=" Am lucky that I don't have to make Elsa bento for her school lunch cause I think won't be able to finish on time :D

Here is the close up Elsa ^_^ Last night dinner I cooked chicken rice so Elsa's face/body made from chicken rice :p Her pretty blue gown was mixed with some blue pea flower juice. To made her hair, I just freely cut out the crabstick (white) using small knife and add nori for the details so it bring out nicely with tone! For Elsa face details also freehand scissor cut out by looking at the picture (luckily didn't look weird without trace on baking paper).

Simple dinner dishes: Stir fry veggies with shimeji mushroom, honey soy sauce drumettes (recipe from JustOneCookBook), corn potato carrot soup and cheese as snowflakes :) By the way, do you notice the special effect light that shine from the cheese snowflake near Elsa hand? Haha....photo was taken during evening hour so that light was from table light and it turned out pretty good right?

I hope you will like my cute Elsa Frozen version ^_^ Have a great coming weekend! Cheers!
